The best adventures are those spent together as a family. You can explore Štanjel by yourselves or choose one of the many experiences suitable for the whole family. Children aged less than 6 and accompanied by their parents receive a free ticket for guided tours and experiences. This arrangement does not apply to organised groups of children, e.g. from school or kindergarten.
Families with children in prams can enjoy several activities in Štanjel, but it must be noted that the medieval village is built on a terraced hill, so not all areas are accessible by pram. A nappy changing table is available in the toilet near the Tower of Kobdilj.
