KrasPass tastings and experiences in the Karst all summer long
The KrasPass gastronomic family includes more than 40 renowned producers of Karst wines, meat products that are dry-cured in the karst Bora wind, typical Karst dishes and other traditional products. Throughout the summer all foodies will have the chance to indulge themselves in restaurants and wine cellars every day at 11.00, 16.00 and 18.00 when, based on prior reservation, a short tasting of Karst wines, including some traditional snacks and/or dry-cured meats, will be on offer. Another option is a 1-hour gourmet experience. The price of tasting/experience ranges from 12 to 24 euros. The timetable is ideal, allowing visitors to create for themselves a perfect day of tastings and active experiences in the Karst and then, in the evening, stop at one of top Karst restaurants or traditional inns and maybe even stay overnight. All summer long, until 31 August, you will have the opportunity to visit our renowned and awarded winemakers, top chefs, restaurants with a long tradition, hospitable tourist farms and organic farms. This diverse family also includes fruit-growers, herbalists, cheese-makers and stone-cutters.
