Basket-weaving craft in the Karst

In the Karst House pupils get to know some traditional items and tools that the simple people of the Karst once used. In a 20-minute workshop, they try themselves out in the traditional craft of weaving a round basket.  Every pupil will prepare some material to work with (pieces of clematis shrub) and weave a basket with their own framework. The relaxing workshop is designed to help pupils develop dexterity.
