This traditional event, organised by the Karst Shepherd Club of Slovenia, offers a wonderful opportunity to get to know this unique Slovenian dog breed, which boasts a rich history and plays an important role in Slovenian cultural heritage.

11:05 - Address by Blaž Vehovar, President of the Karst Shepherd Club of Slovenia
11:10 - Address by the Mayor of the Municipality of Komen, Erik Modic, MSc
11:20 - A surprise moment with Željka Fon Zidar (Children and Dogs Commission)
11:25 - Special guest from the Czech Republic, Gabriela Brzobohata, will present a dance performance with a Karst Shepherd
11:45 - Book presentation by Vesna Kosmač: BRUT – Everything and More about the Karst Shepherd (Knight’s Hall)
12:30 - Lecture by Dr Marko Marc: Basic Principles of Selection in Small Populations (Knight’s Hall)

10:00 - Musical & Dance Fairy Tale: Fairies’ Dance
10:30–13:00 - Guided interpretive walk through the Karst of the Dwarfs (until 13:00)
11:00–14:00 - Tomato creative workshops
