9 a.m. ~ Opening of the festival and honey market
10 a.m. ~ Apitherapy - lecture by a renowned apitherapist and beekeeper
12 p.m. ~ The use of honey in culinary arts – tasting of honey-based dishes
presentation of the Dutovlje Primary School
presentation of the Komen and Štanjel Primary Schools
presentation of local beekeepers
3 p.m. ~ Award ceremony of prizes from the 2026 Štanjel evaluation of honey
