Embark on a wine and culinary journey with the winemakers of the Consortium of Karst Teran Producers, enjoying hand-cut Karst prosciutto, selected cheeses and culinary creations from the Grad Štanjel Restaurant & Lounge Bar.
As part of the 54th Teran and Prosciutto Festival, the castle courtyard in the picturesque Štanjel will host, on Wednesday, 12 August, starting at 19.00, winemakers, members of the Consortium of Karst Teran Producers. Guests will have a unique opportunity to taste Teran in all its nuances – from fresh interpretations to mature and aged masterpieces.
