The light installation IzV⦶R by artist Petra Čebokli explores the symbolism of basic shapes: the circle as the infinity and cyclicality of the timeless flow of water, which returns again and again to its s-O-urce, and the line as a path of light that cuts through the darkness, draws the transitions between the beginning and the end, and leads to its or-I-gin. The s-O-urce represents the constant renewal of life and its cyclical nature, while the or-I-gin of light symbolises the moment of creation, transformation and integration of space.
Light and its reflections remind visitors of natural processes and the endless flow of time. The geometry of the installation emphasises the interplay of beginnings, endings and the infinite cycle, while the dance of light, shadows and reflections transforms the space and invites exploration through minimalist form and thoughtful design.
