The Kobencl Hall is named after the Kobencl family, one of the most distinguished noble families in the County of Gorizia in the Early Modern Period. The hall consists of two smaller halls, the Ana Hall and the Krištof Hall. It is suitable for larger meetings, seminars, workshops, receptions or social events, accommodating up to 120 guests. The room features west-facing windows offering a beautiful view over the village of Štanjel and its surroundings. A reception or small banquet can be arranged in the foyer of the hall – the Reception Hall.
Entry to the hall is from the castle courtyard via the Visitor Centre or from the Upper Palatium.
